Designed for an uphill sloping lot, the Ossage is a unique split level house design wrapped in a modern exterior. The garage is accessed from the street level and is a half flight of stairs below the main living area. From the front door, the foyer is laid out as an alcove to provide privacy to the great room that fills most of the main floor. Through the cased opening on the right, the floor plan opens up to soaring vaulted ceilings in the great room. A cozy gas stove is tucked in the corner and can be enjoyed throughout the open, informal living area. Off the great room is a full bathroom along with a flex room that could serve as a home office or guest bedroom. Up another set of stairs brings you to the vaulted owners' suite and second floor laundry room.
